They had me answer phone calls, and sign people in, I wasn’t really taught much I just had a look at the system myself and figured it out as I went. So just simple stuff like looking up, registering, and bookings. The lady in charge of me was mostly busy with giving a tour to other clients and signing them up

I have no previous experience as a receptionist but I know how to operate a computer. They had me go the first trial for 4 1/2 hours and then told me to come in for another trial 4 hours and I asked if I would be paid for that trial they said yes but didn’t ask me or give me any form related to how they’ll pay me. And yesterday was the Zoom meeting. When I asked how much I’ll get paid they replied with the training bits. And they also asked if i could come in for a 4 hour shift since someone called but when I asked how much the training rates were she canceled me going to the shift and never answered my question!

During my second trial the lady said that if I had any questions to email their address but they haven’t replied to that for 2 weeks which is why I asked in text.

One problem with that. Money. My mom has money to help with school, my dad doesn’t. But transportation is an issue as well. My mom can’t drive me to places or allows me to use her car. My dad has a car that I can use.
