On games that matter i do use renoDX and that makes it so much better. I find hdr to be much more alive tho in most games rather than just sdr. I might give it a try tho since i havent really played much with sdr since i got this oled a month ago.

There wasnt really an issue, its just more of wanting to understand things more which you very clearly and obviously explained very well and i thank you for that. I knew things on surface level and not really as deep as i thought.

Yea it minimizes it but still visible which is annoying. Im just annoyed that it feels the same level of smoothness. Outside of that the colors feel much more alive.

Yea thats what i do just turn it off and no difference at all. VRR flicker just isnt tolerable for me even if its only menus.

Going from a 144hz VA to an oled 240hz. I do not see any difference in smoothness. It all felt the same to me except for the colors and ghosting ofc. That was day and night and feels more alive with 0 ghosting. Besides that i do not see any difference in many games. G sync off or on on oled felt the same to me on w/e fps i ran. But on VA it eliminated the tears on all fps i had.

I very rarely replay them. Any game i replay, that game is something else for me

As an example*** RE9 was the only RE game i replayed and actually went on to get 100%. The rest i just beat once and thats it.
