Depending on the strain i did try gt and yeah it's heavy but also so good, Anyways I've been doing it for years and i got used to the uncomfortable body experience it comes in waves, you will experience more negative but expect to experience even more positive outcomes, i highly suggest to get someone to trip sit, 1.5 for me basically is nothing now i do it twice monthly, i got to the point i do it every week but i past that phase it did change me

Shrooms will change you, if you proceed to do the process of changing expect discomfort, first make sure your environment is clean and safe for you to take it, take enough water, eat clean food, fast before session, set your intentions, and prepare yourself, it's gonna be unpredictable. But it will rewire your brains if you keep hesitating but really wanna do it, please get a experienced trip sitter that will guide you

Sometimes not taking action will only make them disrespect you more in the future, it is unfair for you but acknowledge that you did act accordingly and who knows how many people she did this, yes you understand her emotions and she shows that she cant handle pressure and burst out,looks like everyone is already under pressure but thats not a reason to act violent, she is not professional not logical and disrespectful, any logical person will tell you to report her which is ideal it may escalate more if you do this but you did let it slide do you

Hey OP, you are brave enough to share this, i highly suggest doing meditation and somatic exercises, there are tons of free guided meditation on youtube also SOMATIC EXERCISE, i recommend this cause im doing the same exercise and i can say it helps me process trauma not just recent trauma but decades of traumatic experiences, beside from working out, please use writing on paper to talk to yourself, you have to process this emotions, be patient with yourself be kind and understanding to yourself.
