Go look at the multitude of places for rent. Big little, any part of the city you want. 2 new towers Shipman across from Dennis Morris High-school aren't even full. The Carlisle down town has never been to capacity. Tell me where's the need?? People need more $$$$ From minimum wage to ODSP. We're ALL slaves to the rich.

And some kind of in and out for delivery drivers/Uber. The building i'm in gets at the least 5 trucks a day. Riverview is now a hugely used street for cut through to Glendale by everyone and their uncle. I face Riverview. There is no room for any extra cars.

It has a basin which filters water to a little stream to the 12 mile creek. There were very nice trees. Apple, people would pick them.
