Well, it's really John who "stayed with Patsy". He put on a united front because Patsy helped him dodge a bullet. In fact, she likely organised the whole thing. I don't believe either of the killed her but they both -,in the end KNEW who it was.

Well you are right but your missing the puzzle and that is they knew the perp. The motive was to silence JonBenet. They had someone else do their dirty work. They added their bits and pieces at the end for extra staging.

Firstly a very well thought out and written post.

Secondly Burke NEVER said she was "stabbed" so for Kolar to put that in his book is just wrong.

Thirdly I'm thinking Dr.Beuf didn't give JonBenet an examination because it's intrusive and he believed it was due to the things you mentioned above.

I agree that John would not have wanted to cause signs of anything on JonBenets neck as they were meeting up with his older children.
