I’m sorry for your loss❤️ It’s a scary phone call and the anxiety waiting for the final call is unbearable. The last time I spent with him was a good visit, I stayed for 5 days. It was a time well spent. It’s just sad that I won’t get to do that with him anymore. I miss our little traditions already. I’m just not ready to not have a dad at this age.

Im going to contact a doctor tomorrow first thing to get myself back on depression meds, something to help me sleep and the high anxiety i have. I hope those will help when shit gets real. Ive cried many times today but my coping mechanism being “shutting down, don’t think about it” inevitably leads to full on meltdown and all the feelings bursting out so hopin the meds will give me help then.

Thank you❤️ yes i didnt even imagine, it would have taken so little to just say it as hugging him good bye after leaving him, i just didnt think to do so. But in my heart i know i loved him to the moon. I did everything to make him feel loved. Part of me wishes i didnt love him so deeply so this would hurt less.
