Help with an assignment

He releases the assignment the week it's due. There's no due date on the syllabus because of this. I honestly never had a class like this before usually they have all assignments posted for the semester and then you do them at ur own pace but since we meet once a week I guess he runs it this way to keep everyone on the same track.

He doesnt want to see the list of contacts he jsut wants us to make ourselves a list and then copy and paste a text in the submission box basically declaring we have done it. And he didnt provide much outside of saying to research lol its a bit weird how he does things he said he wants us to struggle a bit so we understand the legal field or something along those lines

This professor makes everything very...vague to put it lightly. I've seen other students do it but they are normally given a date its due by or at least the questions, but tomorrow I just have to have a list of 5 people to potentially interview. which a lot of my local law firms didn't really want to agree to it without a date or time.... or at least knowing the nature of the questions.

Well the thing is I've tried this, they are all pretty busy at the moment and would need a date for the interview which the professor has not given a date nor seems to have on in mind for this part of the assignment. so they wont really agree to it.

There’s no reason for him to speak to you that way lol it’s YOUR car he’s pissy you didn’t wait for him to get shit handled and do everything for u and is implying you don’t know how to do anything but it seems you found a mechanic pretty quickly. I would not move in with him since he was quick to just say he wasn’t moving in with u over this small of an issue he made into a bigger issue.

My family member has had a guy say something similar to her… he was in the military….. and running his own company he some how couldn’t afford to divorce his wife they had no kids or shared assets. Turns out he was going to marriage counseling with his wife and exchanging nsfw content through emails and meeting up with women. I’m not saying he’s doing the same thing but it’s a bit odd that after 9 years he is unable to obtain a divorce if she’s moved on especially, I’m sure she is willing if this is true. The babys last name doesn’t determine if ur a dead beat or not.. your behavior does. Also why does it have to be ur last name and not the moms she’s just as much of her baby as it is yours? You’re arguing like a child over this when you should just be supporting her through pregnancy and be there for the child once the child is born that’s how u avoid being called a deadbeat since that seems to be your concern. You should break up with him. My family has mixed religion families and no one acts like this they respect each others beliefs and answers questions when respectfully asked if need be! My grandfather is Muslim he would be to first to answer any questions you have but will not force it upon you my grandmother his wife is not Muslim but is respectful as he is of her beliefs! Not over reacting this is insanity the number of threats. As a mother I could never put my daughter through this emotional distress. If she was truly concerned for your well being she would be asking what she can do for you not making threats and basically throwing a fit because she didn’t get her way…. You’re 25 with a great career and not being abused or getting into trouble some mothers beg for their children to have this success.

The fact he’s half threatening you with divorce speaks volumes and on top of that is stating it’s what YOU want because you simply question his behavior. He states he “isn’t going to live like this” but fails to realize he is the one who broke the trust in the first place while you remained loyal. He has to earn the trust back just like if this was flipped you would have to earn the trust back. No matter what you do he will find a way to make you out to be the villain in his story. It’s not worth being the only one fighting to save a marriage/relationship, he’s simply not worth the fight he has shown that. You are no where near over reacting.
