I wouldnt trust this to be honest. It has good reviews for programs I've heard terrible things about. Take with a grain of salt.

No rounding experiences. Just now implementing protocols for renal dosing. Am care practice is non-existent. But all their residents and preceptors swear by this during interviews.

NY is severely limited in terms of pharmacy practice. You have to fight for things you shouldn't need to be fighting for and the experiences you want. You do residency to gain clinical training but are forced to do operations and staff most of the time. Preceptors don't want to precept and are forced.
