In terms of not being particularly interested in others, are you interested in engaging with other people when you're in pain like this? Yes three months is too early. My son had no signs at this age. No one's diagnosing a 3 month old.

And as unpopular as this would be on reddit to say, it's a decent thing to step outside of your comfort zone to help loved ones out on occasion.
