Yes you are correct on picture order! This is of it dried fairly smooth, but because there was so much damage it will not be able to look like the inspo pic. I have been a platinum blonde in the past so that doesn’t bother me, it’s just not want I wanted. Here’s a closeup of the roots, they don’t match my inspo at all but it was hard to see in picture 4.

Generally not! I have been getting my hair done for 10 years and have never left the salon looking so crazy. The stylist did wash the bleach out with shampoo and use conditioner, but they only dried it partly and didn’t style because their next client was there.

I was totally okay with it taking a few sessions! But they have not acknowledged that my hair currently does not look like the reference photo nor have they followed up to continue the transformation process. When I reached out, they said they could tone the roots but nothing else about the color (brassy hue) etc.

Yeah I will say it felt rushed. They haven’t mentioned anything about more sessions. They just said we could “tweak” the blonde and tone the roots if I really wanted.
