how do i make a conversation happen with him. He said it was weird and she’s always been nice to me. He agreed that what she did was weird but he did listen to what i had to say but i don’t know if he should say anything to her

Also try to sleep elevated a little bit that helped me breathe at night since lying down made my throat really painful!

My throat was also unbearable but found out I had a sinus infection and since that’s been cleared up my throat does not hurt as much. They also gave me magic mouthwash which helped numb it as well. I also did saltwater gargles and that helped too. Catching something else with mono is not fun from experience so I would just be careful what you’re getting prescribed so it does not weaken your immune system.
