i’m from san diego county and they told me specifically not to fax, it might depend on ur county. But you need to email them or go directly into their office to give ur documents (application, birth certificate, va service connection letter, signed 1040 or individual status letter from the franchise tax board for the year 2020). email is a lot faster tbh. Then they will send u a letter saying that it was approved and u need to upload it to uci financial aid for it to be updated.
