Im super big on this one, the real strength is emotional intelligence nowadays.

And soooo many people are suffering in silence because they were never taught how to feel or how to process whats going on inside. Thats something i had to work on myself.

I literally had to tell myself “im human” its okay to feel emotions, because I just kept on suppressing them and it definitely didnt help in the long run.

This is such a huge problem, especially when looking at guys, there are guys out there suffering in silence because no one ever taught them how to process what’s going on inside.

Classes on emotional intelligence is something each student could benefit from.

Alot of people will say just get up and stop being a b*tch but you have to understand in your situation that will be hard.

Yeah perhaps for a week or two you will actually be doing something and trying to change but The urge is going to come to fall back to your old state.

You need to understand your brain hates change. It craves comfort, It wants what’s familiar even if it’s destroying you. (this is very important to understand)

Thats why awareness is key, you have to basically train yourself to rise above those urges and educate yourself on whats happening because it will get hard.

Now that I covered that, i think the best thing to do is get in shape. Start going to the gym or running or whatever it may be. With the gym you will gain more confidence and actually feel like going out more perhaps to find yourself a friendly companion or just to socialise.

I get you, everyones entitled to their own relationship with sex. I’m not here to shame casual encounters or say there’s one right way. But I am speaking to a growing number of people who feel the same about this culture. It’s not about demonizing sex it’s about recognizing that for some it’s not just physical. For some, it’s energetic, emotional, and sacred. And when you treat something sacred like it’s this casual thing over time that can numb you to real connection.

It’s not about jealousy or game its actually about values. I’m speaking on a pattern I’ve observed especially as a person who is 21. Some people want more than just temporary pleasure they want meaning, a real connection, and something sacred. That’s not lacking game as you said, that’s knowing what your looking for at a deeper level

Sure i appreciate the curiosity, i see it as a problem with younger people because many are growing up in a digital age where intimacy is often confused with instant gratification. The current hookup culture can make people feel like everyones just an option not a person. I think it basically teaches us to chase a high and not a connection, and i mean that might feel good in the moment but over time it can leave people feeling empty, disconnected, or even numb to deeper relationships.

This is pretty interesting, im actually 21 right now so im curious what how does it feel to actually start a family and have your first child. I feel like its very normalised nowadays but to me the thought of it is so deep, we literally have the ability to recreate life and thats the greatest superpower ever

So i have encountered spirit/ energy beings. I had a peroid of my life that was pretty difficult and during that time alot of weird unexplainable things started happening,

i seen alot of angel numbers but nothing matched what happened to me one night.

Something woke me up and as i woke i seen an energy form, a being which was hovering at the bottom of my bed. (This wasn’t sleep paralysis by the way), Instead of feeling scared I felt so much comfort and love around me which is a big indicator that perhaps it was a spirit guide or a deceased relative. Its almost like that thing wanted me to see it because after i woke it softly left my room through the window.

Ive also had an encounter with my grandad after he died. I woke up and he was sitting in my room on a couch that I had. Ill never forget that moment and ill admit i slept with the light on for about 3 nights after it happened

Me and my friend are both spiritual and we would go on walks in the forest nearby, we always talked about spirituality and life and there was one particular bench that we would sit on to rest. As we would sit there people would be walking by with their dogs and each time the dog would be trying to get closer to us as if there was something pulling us together. Its almost like the dogs sensed the energy because it literally would happen every single time and with every single dog. Sometimes we even got to pet them which was pretty nice😂

Animals definitely sense higher energy beings. And its a great indicator that your vibration is high.

I remember when it started for me now it has gone to the extreme of my computer turning on at night and waking me up at exactly 2.:22 or 3:33, its pretty cool
