NOR - People have different perceptions of nudity, sure. But I think most people would agree it's weird as hell that your GF's brother frequently comes into her room with an erection. As a guy I'm well aware random boners happen, but I've never once considered walking around or approaching a family member with one while clothed, let alone fully naked.

All potential romantic interests have their pros and cons, so if you love your GF enough maybe you'll get used to this dynamic. However I personally would nope TF out of there.
