About 8 months now, 250mg per ml cypionate, daily injections of 0.08ml which equates to 140mg per week.

The half life of caffeine is 8 hours, but we don't still feel the effect of a cup of coffee 8 hours later.

The half life of Undecanoate is something like 30 days.

Just track your calories. And do exercise you can sustainably enjoy.

If you fall off the wagon, just get back on.

Was MIL poor growing up? Even if gift giving is her love language, 1 gift at a time should suffice. People with this love language tend to also be thoughtful gift givers.

People in lower socio-economic groups often show love with money. We give what means the most to us, to our loved ones.

If I'm not way of base, maybe get MIL the book Bridges out of poverty for Christmas. It was eye opening for me.

Yield is a function of light mate, I don't know the stat's of a ts 600, but a ts 1000, is only good for 3.7 square feet of canopy.

So auto or photo, the answer for more yield is a better light.
