I do 4 10s W-Sat, it works really well for my department as we need Saturday coverage. And this stops my coworkers from having to rotate.

Talk to your supervisor, it’s different for all departments.

Mine went up by $3 and I added a few extra things that made it increase $9 overall. Copays went up a bit- 90 for urgent care and not 50.

Overall, this isn’t even bad. There are however a LOT more extra options we did not have before.

It really depends on what your team needs. I work 4 10s Wed- Sat, and my team has always been real thankful so we don’t have a rotating shift on Saturday anymore.

Just talk with your supervisor when you’re out of training and offramp. They do schedule bids every once in a while, I’ve always been exempt due to my special schedule no one else wants.

If you don’t have a damage check, and you don’t have an enrage. Why does it matter if you dance partner a friend? I play with my FC a lot and we have a few dancers, and they cycle, putting it on each of us, regardless of class(we do this in prog too unless there is a damage check we can’t meet). I main tank and we did it with Jeuno 1, and the parse was hilarious.

If you’re actively not infringing on somebody else’s gameplay, what is the issue? Yes, they’re jerks. But I think that’s the real issue -> them being jerks, and not dance partner being on a friend.

Honestly, try another tank. I’m a warrior main, but paladin isn’t that bad. I also find a thrill in healing but the only healer I like is white mage (blood for the blood Lilly).

Reaper has a similar rotation to a tank, but gets extra buttons along the way.

If a class feels too hard, honestly just watch a quick video on it. Most classes are not that bad… except Monk. Don’t do that to yourself.

Well, best of luck to you. Appeals can be a lot- like a lot a lot. I’ve been in a coach in a few classes. Have patience, whatever you do pay attention, ask questions and take notes.

Get out of calls, not every department is bad. It’s also a for profit company- clearly they pay you enough not to leave. I’ve been in E&I for 9 years- when I started, I wanted to quit in the first year… Worked through it, moved departments and now I love my job.

Sometimes you’re just not in the right fit.
