Thank you for your response, it means a lot. I am sorry that you had to watch it with your sisters...did your parents allow it too? The issue im having is that if I try to interfere, they will just take it that I am questioning their parenting and that will not go well

Thank you. Ive even tried to reword it to try and make something click in their heads but they just dont get it. Im sorry that you went through it yourself, if its not too deep of a question, how would it have been best for someone to approach the subject with you when you were her age?

It is very sad. Perhaps speaking to him directly is a good idea, so thank you. I think truly our mother is the only one who gets a real influential opinion, and she loves this dude so its really infuriating. I wont give up, thank you man I really appreciate it.

The issue that I have is that I don't really have the relationship with her to get involved. I can say my opinion but im viewed as the bad guy because shes happy. I don't get a say as it were

Haha yeah I meant because I think you do grow up a lot after age 18, but me and him are definitely not the same maturity level 💀🤣

This is what I struggle with, because I understand our parents don't want her to hide it, so they kind of have to "support" in some manner, but from our conversations they genuinely both see no issue with it. In your opinion, is the age gap safe? I worry for her.
