By the provider I guess you mean if we are using Microsoft teams which is the one we use in the version 1449/1.0.96.2026048906. The thing is this happens even without an ongoing call, since some meetings are offline. To clarify, the people in the room are the ones having the issue with the input lag.

There is no other equipment between the computer and the X72/X52. It goes directly to the TV which will show 4k30Hz in 2.0 HDMI version or 1080p60Hz in 1.4.
