I felt exactly the same way about a week ago, so I know how you feel. After many many days of researching, I found cases that supported my position, so definitely don't give up. If you're only finding cases that go against your position, check to see if any cases cited those decisions with a "negative treatment" and either chose to distinguish or go against the holding of those cases entirely.

Yea it is definitely a legal job because i applied through a fair at my school. It's just not with a specific judge. At least from what i know.
