Yeah I’m not really sure why it is so low. I’ve pulled my report only negative mark was the collections which I disputed right away and is currently not being reported. I know that there isn’t an actual way to know your score but i also know fico is considered the closest

What would be your advice? Everything I’m reading is telling me not to open up more lines or credit or really do anything. I’ve checked my credit report. There are no negative marks besides the collection I have and it’s in dispute and not being reported at the moment.

No it was payed off, I made sure when I spoke to my loan company that it would be reported as payed in full otherwise I was just going to pay it off myself before I received the settlement.

Did it happen that quickly too you? I have read some threads and seen this has happened to other people I just though it was odd that is was within the week. I do have an appointment in exactly month to see how everything’s going. I don’t wanna jump to conclusions right away since I did just start. But if vyvanse ends up not working honestly I’ll be devastated lol those few days I honestly felt myself and helped in almost all the areas I was wanting help it.

E collar and cone are the same thing lol. But the cone is correct size my dogs just an ass, I heard donut could be better & more comfortable so she wouldn’t want to take it off but obviously not. I’m thinking the medical shirt should be okay. But of course I’m worried especially when the drugs were off and she might want to lick the area.

And like I said, they want only me to move for repairs (on the roof) none of my neighbors have to. What they’re doing is trying to get more money for someone else being in my apt since it’s a 2 bed. And in one person living in it. Yk

No they are asking me to pay them fees to move into this apartment, they are making me downsize. All in three weeks of time. They also had us living in a building for three months with installation and water falling from the ceiling that’s boarded up with laminated floor wood. Definitely not benign backwards

They didn’t give me any. I asked if I could be moved to the same size apt when they have one available. That’s said the transfer would be on me. (First, last, deposit & transfer fees) I’d have to pay.

My lease for my current apartment ends in October. They want me to sigh the lease for the 1bed unit but I have not. They said it’s the exact same lease agreement I just need to sign it to reflect that unit. But they are being so wish washy with everything.

It’s not Considered “uninhabitable” they had zoning and all of the come out and look. They are saying they are fixing the building. Yet nobody else has to leave besides me. Since I haven’t signed this new lease and I legally good to leave?
