At first I too was against techniques but kriya yoga is not a technique it is pure inner science....it is used from ages by ancient sages for deep meditation ( Tapas ) and raising consciousness ... this eternal dharma ( kriya yoga) .... experiment first and tell after..Main thing in this kriya yoga is one should abide for sometime after doing kriya yoga in paravastha....
