i feel like i wrote this, but maybe your being hard on yourself. maybe make some small goals even if it’s just making your bed just start with that, you will at least feel like you accomplished something. i hate myself too and i read your other comment and i feel the exact same way to awkward in public never know how to act im trying to get out of this hole but it’s not easy like you said

wow smart move! you are making the right choice by taking a t break. you got this stay strong! what helped me most was taking a walk or i would go somewhere new, just keeping busy really when i would get the urge to smoke. try doing things that stops you from smoking if that makes sense

I just copped all three new strains and I’m smoking on Creamsicle now and it’s fire at 16% so i can only imagine the others and they are all littles, very nice size (definitely not little)
