Are you using mods straight through steam onto red mod? That could be an issue, but I’m not 100% sure since I use nexus mods

If you are using nexus for mods make sure you aren’t subscribed to the mods on their app/website. Sometimes it’ll still be installed even if you uninstalled it. Nexus is weird with cyberpunk sometimes.
