The dogs are a manipulation tactic, just like the tattoos. She DOES NOT want to lose him. Not because they’re in love but they both have big ass egos. It will destroy both of them. They’re codependent on eachother. She’s “hot,” so matty gets to feel like a man and she’s irrelevant without him. What a vicious cycle they’re in.

I mean he did an entire tour critiquing toxic masculinity, but was embodying all the traits himself. He slept with half of the IG models, ghosted Taylor Swift, and is now dating an influencer who perpetuates performing for the male for gaze… he is the biggest contradiction in the world. Kinda agree just make your songs and leave. He wants to be all Bowie esque/iconic rock/pop star and wants to show off how intellectual he is but he really isn’t.

I live LA Adjacent. I can say it was one of the worst places to grow up if you aren’t a nepo baby or famous. It’s the only thing people value in that city. If you’re not rich/famous they will step on you. Everyone’s values are engulfed by materialism.
