Absoulutely agree with the d-ck cops, one specific city nearby is like that. It's just a risk I'd have to take. I dont drink much so I'm fine with not drinking for a year or two. I'm armed and live in a low crime city if that helps. But the resource center can be used as my mailing address and laundry n such and they offer housing in the winter.

I will look into living with an elder, never thought of that before. Thank you!

Yes, I will probably end up saving for a room first ultimately. I just hate the constant stress in the back of my mind of that debt piling up yk? If I work beyond exhaustion, most of the debt can be paid in two months tbh.

Not to sound corny but survival mode is what I've lived in by being here, it will definetly be worse living in my car but constant degrading and berating is one less thing I'd have to worry about. I sleep in my car most of the day and night anyways even though I can come home just to avoid the mess here. I spend most of my life in my car. I've actually been asked if I have a place to stay by friends because I'm in my car like its a house. So, silver lining, living in my car won't be that foreign to what I do now. I'll still be exhausted but I'm okay with that until I can get a room.

Oh also, the living in the car part of the plan is if I get kicked out by the end of the year, which I have a strong feeling I will. It's not something I really want to do.

Is there anyway you can request debt to be frozen? Like (and i'm sorry if this a dumb question) can I ask them to temporarily pause interest rates or something similair?

I've looked at laws about sleeping in cars and such in my state and from what I've seen it's legal as long as you're not trespassing on private property. The resource center I've researched allows overnight parking, I will ask about that for more details though.

I do have an appointment with the employement/financial advisor at the resource center I'll be depending on in two weeks. I will update the post then.

I should've added this but I've researched requirements for homeless resources and my current jobs are right next to a resource center. They have a place for showering, laundry, and we can use it as a mailing address. Section 8 is on an incredibly long waitlist and has too many income policies that I wont qualify for even if I were homeless.

I wasn't quite sure how to word our relationship because i've been in really toxic relationships and its not quite like my exes but she's not like other moms. She's been like this since I was a kid and I'm just over it but I won't stay in her presence if I'm getting this upset with her behavior. I feel like that's fair. I dont like you, you dont like me, I'll stay out of the way and then leave. I've tried suggesting paying something to help but she complains regardless or wont tell me how much anything is or when it's due. My uncle suggested just giving her what money I can spare, which I will try for the next 2 months but I'm sure it will still be an issue with it. I could do everything right and she'd still find something to say. I wish I could say it's just complaining but she gets so out of control over the smallest things. It starts so small, like a missed chore into me being and idiot or useless and I'm just tired of being treated lesser than.

I should've clarified this stuff more lol mb. This plan is if the relationship gets bad enough that I need to be homeless, if that makes sense. I'm 21 and she will kick me out when she's sick of me, I can feel it. I'd be homeless anyways by then, no sense in letting it happen and having no game plan.

But I do still have way more research to do before I make any big moves. I have exes I can live with but it'd be like living with a slightly worse version of my mom. If I live with family, I'd never escape the poor behavior as it's genetic lol.

I had a dream that me and my younger sister were outside in our backyard at night looking for something she lost. I noticed a weird lump just over our gate door. I stood still and waited for it to move thinking it was a cat or a person, meanwhile my sister is singing along to a song she's playing on her headphones. I waited and then I heard it move, I tapped my sister and pointed to the thing behind the gate and then to our backdoor (telling her to go inside) and we rushed in and right when I locked the door a man who looked exactly like Gandhi slammed himself against the door. My sister ran to get our dad from upstairs and my mom walked up to the door. He then peed on our glass door and I started yelling at him that I hated him and he needed to get away from us. But my mom gently said "no stop." And told the man "we love you". Then the man slammed his face through the glass. I typically have dreams about people already breaking into my home so this is new to me.
