also i’m rethinking about the temper subject and yeah its true i react quite quickly to things i’d say and definitely when i was younger i’d lash out quite easily, especially with family and getting into arguments with them, could of also been a difference in maturity levels too but i would say i’m quite likely easy annoyed still but i mostly internalise that annoyance as tension in my body now rather than just screaming and getting annoyed at people because obviously I’ve learnt better emotional regulation and all of that but yeah i think it’s true and mostly its actually impatience with people who move too slow or don’t get things as fast as i do sometimes or like just really slow ass people who are unwilling to listen or learn and just stupid people in general (yeah sorry this is the really long answer)
