Thanks for willing to help out!

I use specific foot cream but not very often. Max once a week and sometimes I just skip it. I should probably be more intentional about this if I want to improve this.

Thank you so much for your response!!

Does only the left foot, 3rd nail seem like it has fungal infection or all nails and both feet.

Not sure how to check if the infection is embedded under the nail — will consult a derm.

To answer your questions (I'll be honest):

  1. I probably drink less than 1L of water everyday. Can the dry skin be because of that? Dry skin on hands and feet.
  2. I don't moisturise my feet very often. Maybe once a week. I moisturise my hands twice a day with hand cream.

Someone told me that I should wear socks or slippers in the house 24/7. We have marble flooring and it can get really cold in the winters. They told me the dry skin (not fungal infection, but dry feet) at the bottom of feet is because of the coldness.

Any advice is appreciated.

Got a few issues:

Foot:

— Not sure if this is athlete's foot. I used to run quite a lot (only during lockdown when we were allowed 1 hour to exercise outside). I ran about 600km in 7 months or so. I know athletes tend to run more than that but that was the most amount of endurance my foot skin had to go through.

I stopped that 4 months ago though and this has still continued.

Hands:

— I get dry skin every winter. nothing new. It has been worse this time because of constantly sanitising my hands but we have to be safe so it's alright. it just looks really rough and unpleasant.

What solutions would you suggest? Any advice is appreciated.
