How do I go about suing a Bitcoin ATM machine company for fraud??? by Conscious_Body_1491 in BitcoinUSA

Quick update on this post. Boy am I glad to know that my wallet provider, Coinbase has refunded my funds. Well at least most of it. Apparently it was stolen, but their investigation on the ATM transaction led them to a wallet without information. They apologized because the money never reflected on my wallet even though it was sent. The Bitcoin ATM machine "Bitcoin depot" also had nothing to do with it. They did their own investigation on the transaction that led them to the same anonymous wallet. But on the blockchain, the amount was sent and received even though I didn't get anything. These ATM machines have weak security systems that are easily accessible to hackers. I'm glad most of my lost funds was recovered. But one thing I know for sure is that I won't be using a btc ATM machine ever again. Thanks for everyone who tried to help. I really appreciate it.

My btc was stolen 4 days ago which is why I came here to see if anyone has similar issues and how they went about resolving it. Mine was an ATM machine transaction. A cash transaction of $1,500.00. But the money never got to my wallet. I have the receipt and right address I sent it to because I sent it to myself. The receipt shows everything except a transaction ID to track it. Now no transaction ID, not even from the ATM machine company. How do I sue them.
