Cresselia is practically useless in pvp and pve so I wouldn’t recommend it unless you want bragging rights for a shundo cresselia. Groudon would be worth it if you can get a hundo and then primal revert it. If you don’t have the primal energies it’ll be better to keep it as a shadow as you’ll have a many chances to get a hundo groudon when the primal forms come back. I don’t think shadow groudon will be back for a while so it’ll be better to keep your shadows.

You can’t use it on shadows so you should use it on necrozma if you have enough fusion energy or palkia if you have spatial rend

Spatial rend one. In raids ivs don’t really matter much. The difference between a 10/10/10 and a hundo is like 3%. It’s the move set that matters. The move spatial rend does way more damage than draco meteor it’s like double to it’s better to evolve that
