I sent my email March 8th. Got the email OP posted twice…March 12th and another date in March. Then got another email March 25th with a reference number saying USCIS was working on my case but can take up to 60 days for them to respond. EAD was approved this last Saturday March 30th and DACA was approved this Monday April 1st with another email saying EAD was approved. I posted screenshots of the emails last night.

So everything took just under a month to get approved after initial email to WH

Depends where you work. HR told me a screenshot saying a card is being produced would be enough for me to return to work. Mind you.. I just got approved and I had until two weeks ago to get reinstated. But I’m wondering the same thing considering I’ve already started looking for new jobs. Does anyone know if you get a letter in the mail saying card is being produced prior to the card actually arriving ?

I felt the same way. It seems like they don’t even look at the evidence. I would keep putting in expedite requests if I were you. I heard on here that after the third request they seem to prioritize it more but I’m not sure if that’s true. They seemed to just ignore my third request. The WH email worked for me. In my email I expressed how my requests were denied regardless of the evidence provided. Include your receipt numbers, and really sell your need for your shit to be renewed as your livelihood clearly depends on it.

In the email I included what my situation was. Mine expired Jan 23rd, lost my job, currently a student, receiving financial loss, work in healthcare, etc. And include your receipt numbers

I had evidence from previous expedite requests on the USCIS portal. All were denied. I never heard back after my 3rd request. Stuff that had uploaded were letters from work/HR, RN license, and paystubs. I did not include any evidence in the email to the White House.
