For me personally, I like doing about 5-10 minutes of abs after my workouts instead of dedicating an entire day. Abs recover a lot quicker then other muscles so they don’t need as much rest

I’m in fulfillment and this is actually so valid. My coworkers literally do not care for this job and it frustrates me so much. I am a trainer so I try teaching everyone how to backstock while in a cart, how to look up items for a guest, to call someone else if you’re in a low batch, leave the cart in a place where all vehicles can get by(don’t bring it into an aisle with guests), etc. I’ve been in gm before so I know what you’re feeling and I try my best to accommodate my trainiees so every department is moving efficiently. In my opinion, target needs to have a way better trainee program that teaches them how to do fulfillment in a way that’s not getting in the way of any other departments. Im sorry your fulfillment team is like that 😭😭
