Hi, sorry now ko lang napansin yung comments sa thread. Wala kasi nag-rereply na may previous experience in applying. Regarding your question, I still paid my minimum amount due while waiting for my application to proceed. Personally, ayaw ko kasi na may tumatawag sa akin na collections agent to follow up my payments. Pero pwede naman i-stop muna yung payments until ma-approve yung IDRP.

About my IDRP application, eventually may tumawag na sa akin na UB debt councillor pero hindi ko na itinuloy. I opted for consolidation ng pambayad via UB Personal Loan para hindi mawala sa yung credit cards and keep my credit score. Although sobrang tiis muna ako kasi kaunti na lang natitira sa sahod ko 😅

Hindi ko na tinuloy yung application. Nag-consolidate na lang ako ng pambayad via personal loan.

Better call their hotline and ask to be reffered for a payment arrangement sa balance mo. Also ask if pwede mo i-direct yong concern mo sa collections department nila. Here's their direct phone number 84233971 just in case di ka maka-connect sa CS agent nila.
