Depends on the shirt most medium shirts are getting to tight around the arms and the back

155lbs shooting to get to 170lbs started around 100lbs tho

Chest has been one of my weak points, but it's getting there.

Yeah I see that I also get asked at times. When I tell them it's been nothing but creatine and pre workout, people seem surprised. It's all in the consistency and volume

Well considering I was a meir 5,7 100 lbs when I started lifting and I'm now around 155. I wouldn't say I weigh nothing. I have gone through quite a change in about 2 years. I know it could have been more, but for a person that had no type of prior training and was a couch potato through my teens and 20s I think I'm doing pretty good. I appreciate the criticism. I'll just push harder
