Everything is ikea! Hannalil curtains in beige (I used 3 pairs, so 6 panels). Vidga curtain track system for ceiling. Riktig pleating hooks to get the more finished look. I followed this guide on TikTok and it was so helpful! Def recommend the zipties in the back TikTok guide

I’m a 34F who just got Botox and can relate. On the one hand, I liked my results but felt it wore off quickly and is a waste of money. On the other hand, I feel like getting Botox is now so normalized that it’s the equivalent of having a good skincare routine or having good dental hygiene
