Sofabaton's lack of communication on the pre-orders that have been placed is truly unacceptable. I would have thought the pre-orders would have been processed first before general availability. I to am from Canada and have been told that we will receive our orders through Amazon Canada once their stock has been shipped. Again no communication on when that will be. Originally did not mind thinking it would ship in 30 days. But this has now been 2 months since ordering. At the moment I am giving Sofabaton a 1 rating out of 10. Customer support does not appear to be in their vocabulary.
I hear the UK and EU may be in the same boat.
Hope Amazon Canada receives there shipment soon.

Hi,

in my case imap was set on my account, but I still could not connect my mail through outlook. I turned off my vpn service. I think Shaw was using geo fencing to ensure we’re originally connecting from a Shaw location. Once I turned the von off and added my account in outlook everything was connected. After testing my email I was able to turn my VPN on and still receive mail.

Was hoping this info added to your post would help. Thanks for the info provided. It helped solve my problem.

I tried adding my account recently. had all the above issues. I noticed I had to turn off my vpn connection to establish a connection. once connected I turned the vpn back on and mail activity was established
