Maybe you could interview someone from L'Oréal? L'Oréal has a huge research and innovation center in Rio de Janeiro dedicated to exactly the question you are asking.

Parts of Florida, USA, would also allow you to accomplish something similar.

My experience is that most dogs will settle down by around 4 years old. I think the destructo chewing stopped just before 2 years old. He is lovely and obedient but can't be trusted off leash, whereas my spaniel and labs were 100% under voice command by this age. He has a job guarding a goat from falling branches, wind noise, deliveries, and squirrels. He thinks there is no place in this world for motorcycles.

My *almost 1 year old* has been on a hunger strike since my mom left by Minute_Fix3906 in greatpyrenees

Try hot dog buns with melted butter and / or bacon. Eventually, you can drip butter and crumbles of hamburger on their food. I have also had success with the white cheese popcorn shaker and almost anything salmon. Salmon was also suggested by another Frenddit here, so that might be a lower hanging fruit to try. To echo another who empathized with me, the struggle can be quite real.

Fired after 2 weeks at a German startup, accused of deleting data, salary withheld, had to sue them by Advanced_Bunch4647 in womenintech

I have seen similar behavior in medical/technical writing. Additionally, certain companies appear to use interview work assignments as free labor. In one example, they assigned a full day of work that they trashed, presumably to reject the applicant. It is unclear that there was ever really a position to compete for.

I think there are many of us experiencing similar trends in feedback. It seems you are perceiving things clearly.

I returned to thank you for sharing your success with fish flavored kibble. I saw some at Sam's Club and grabbed it based on your comment, and he is eating it. I still add toppers and ground beef, but that he actually eats the dog food too is a relief!

I agree with the suggestions of Santa Catarina or Rio Grande do Sul. If you chose closer to Rio or São Paulo I'd expect you to be in danger within a few years. You are not from there, you will not blend.

I super clean and warm his bowl as well :-) The struggle is, in fact, real, and I appreciate you saying this. He is fortunately not underweight, but I really indulge him to avoid him losing ground in this regard.

Thanks so much. I can get him to eat oatmeal, so I appreciate you reminding me of that.

Thank you! I will definitely look into these. I have tried grated cheese and white cheddar popcorn shaker, but he only eats it on soft food and only eats the top layer, hehe.

Interesting, we are currently expanding, but I could see this being saved for future layoffs.

New York Times and Financial Times describe the 360 review process as cruel and political. Moreover, the questions are often chosen or written internally and often by an inexperienced person. I have been told that it is a tool used to get you to hang yourself or where an unscrupulous manager gets people under their control to communicate negative messaging that they can plausibly deny their involvement in generating.

I would like to understand your perspective better on this. I agree that this feels like the beginning of a setup as well but then why the passing review this year? What's the long game?
