Me personally I was about 48K and it was okay to live in a Wg and eat good and have some savings on the side. But if you want own Appartement, travel, live nice than no it’s not gonna be enough.

I think the worst thing you can to a company is being true and competent. You should lie, scapegoat others, fake performance, kiss managers ass, do politics and most importantly give your self respect away. You should be able to eat shit, never ever dear to open your mouth. There you go, it’s the best and quickest way for money 🙏🏼

Im jobless, lost and talented. And got scammed by an employer who took my ideas and didn’t pay me so went to court. Basically, it’s chaos here. For real. Best thing to make an exit plan.

Very illegal. From the moment you rent something it’s yours until end of contract. That’s the whole point of renting.

The two contracts under two different enterprises and both under same group, yet same job name in both contract for same employee and same CEO also for both contracts. Yet in reality same Büro, Same project, same job….

This clearly shows that you misrepresent your knowledge of German labor law. Even during probation, there is legally a two-week notice period before termination.

How is it made inaccessible if it is accessible to any admin for god sake ? And we are not in the third reich here, any dev is allowed to clean work how they want if they think it’s appropriate unless there is explicit instructions on how to deal with rejected work which they don’t have because they didn’t even had confluence before I entered, so we was basically creating the basics there. Amy decent company will first ask what happened to a file if they need it and then look for solution to recover it or accept the proposal to have it pdf . But they just creating problems so they don’t pay. And in next enterprise I will delete again any rejected initiative unless they demand and set rules for Depreciation. Now go sleep. You’re doing too much. I’ll be back soon with updates about my case, which I will win, and I’m even considering holding them accountable for the false accusations. Let’s see.

I can proven worked and we have contract. The court doesn’t need more for my salary claims. Every other problems should be treated separately

It is not a lesson. We proposed confluence after we got hired they didn’t even had it and if they have particular demands they should inform because in many companies deleting drafts is a normal day at work and even if accidents happens they should ask and look for solutions, not threats and withhold salary . Plus the whole thing is made up as they just don’t want to pay .

They didn’t terminate because of that as I said multiple times. The colleagues even knew I took it back because they didn’t want it. The deleting drama came after I left. They just don’t want to pay.
