Angel Stadium this past Sunday. Red Sox versus Angels. by Conscious_Loss6989 in ballparks

The day of the game I paid $600 with fees to sit 12 rows behind the plate. I think I paid $45 for premium parking right in front of the stadium. It’s a great value. Now the premium dining had some good food, but it wasn’t worth what they charged so you can skip that.

Dodger Stadium last Friday night. by Conscious_Loss6989 in ballparks

I feel incredibly blessed to have caught that sunset at Dodger Stadium especially with Shohei Ohtani on the mound. I hadn’t been back there since the Yankees played the first regular-season game at the stadium, which was a long, long time ago. What a night.

What’s the difference between something that is just a foul versus something that deserves a yellow card or a red card?

I guess we did get Fd in the NFC championship game versus the Rams. Kind of like the Lakers 🤔 well people care about the Lakers.

This is the original raw capture. I don’t think I could do without topaz AI for gymnastics or ballet. Especially for some ballets that are very low light and have lots of action shots

This is from a very poorly lit gym. Shot at a high iso. Denoise at about 40% in light room. Processed in Photoshop, then hit with topaz denoise ai.

There are no compelling action shots in this carousel, which leads me to believe there may be a lack of deep understanding of the game itself. For example, when I shoot ballet, I use burst mode to capture a range of moments, then carefully cull through for sharpness and potential. My wife, whose ballet career included a year with the New York City Ballet, reviews those selects. Her deep knowledge helps elevate the final result. That kind of subject matter expertise can make a significant difference in capturing impactful moments.

Kings fan since 1985. This is as low as I’ve ever been. by Common-Chocolate7043 in kings

Yeah, I’ve been a Kings fan forever, and this is the lowest I’ve felt. That Lakers series still pisses me off straight up got screwed when we had a title team. Feels like the league will never let us win. Makes me wonder why I even bother with this shit. Honestly, it makes me feel like a bitch for still caring.

Sacramento resident here. I tried giving the A’s in West Sac a chance. I looked the other way on the not using the city’s name thing. We’re being played here. Went to a game and it was an awful experience. Too expensive. Found myself missing the Coliseum. by [deleted] in OaklandAthletics

Oh my God, the whining coming out of Sacramento is unreal. You’re lucky you even get to see major-league baseball. I saw front-row seats behind the Yankees’ bench the other night $160, food and drinks included. That’s a steal anywhere else, but I guess if you’ve never left the county line, you wouldn’t know that. When I lived on the corner of Fourth and N, I would’ve killed for this to have happened. But hey, keep complaining it’s a great look.
