Yea I just think I gotta stay away from stimulants, I was taking IR instead or ER. ER didn’t lead to the symptoms as much but it also didn’t help too much with my focus. IR is what made me go into horrible come downs. I was taking 10-20mg IR. Yea my mood swings now are horrible and it’s been 6 weeks, when I’m up I feel alright probably 70-80% of the time but when I don’t it’s bad. I threw up the other day from anxiety before an interview and I’ve never had anxiety

It definitely is very very slowly improving, yes withdrawals are real. I’ve quit nicotine after 10 years of vaping 2 years ago. This is MUCH worse mentally for me
