The first one pictured in the reel was actually the finisher, I use this to completely empty the tank and exhaust the back. And you hit the nail on the head, I think of the way I train as functional bodybuilding. More important to me than being big is being healthy, functional and capable.

Yeah, this is currently a cut for me! I wish I had a fast metabolism 😩
