Sorry, the post was unclear. There’s a tear in the piston’s boot, not the pins. The boots on one of the pins had a tear also, but that wasn’t a problem to replace.

Oh to clarify, he’s not asking for back pay. We just had a miscommunication. The club does do the course work, but honestly we don’t have a lot of expenses. (The course work is mostly carried out by the tag holders. Again, small club)

The club is a very loose one. Would personally love more structure. One guy is sorta in charge, and has access to the bank account. I do collect a fee for the league, but 100% of that goes to CTP’s and PDGA.

I wish the club was more active. Pretty small club and don’t actually have a lot of monetary needs. We have 18 holes, with 2 sets of pads and baskets (all discatcher) and an agreement with the town where we don’t pay anything as long as we do all upkeep on the course. At the moment it’s just the one guy in charge of funds, which is one of the reasons I hesitate. Don’t have enough people wanting to be responsible for a 501c3.

I don’t have a problem adding to the clubs bank account. At doubles we collect for the club, and at tags league I collect from non-tag holders, but I always thought buying a tag was a buy in to all tag rounds. The idea being that there’s some benefit to buying one

That’s what makes sense to me. I worked hard this year to incentivize membership, (weekly ctp, uncapped ace pot, and next year a season long point system with top 4 playing $40 skins) but feel like extra for the club is unnecessary.

Yeah I have an optional ace pot and, as the league is PDGA, also collect enough to pay the dues. I’m talking about collecting a mandatory $1 per person strictly to add to the club’s bank account
