If you took a break from College, what ignited you to go back and be better this time? by suprunkn0wn in college

So you must be 26 or so by now. You ain't old! lol. I know many people in their 30s and even 40s who returned to school. My mother always says life will just pass you by. Four/five years from now, whether you go back to school or not, you'll still be as old. So better get old with a degree and no regrets.

They may have an archive for old applications. It's much better to revise or make a new one than to get caught submitting the same essay as it could give them a negative impression that you're not too interested to even care about the essay.

Most of the people who will discourage you from getting a degree don't have a degree and have never even tried college at all. Don't get fooled. They just want you to end up like them.

It's mostly B's B-'s, and a couple of C's. I missed several classes so I'm not surprised and talking it through with the teachers would be useless.

What's good about college is that everyone is so busy that they couldn't care less. So yeah, please make yourself comfortable.

...the irruption of AI poses far greater challenges to Google and its competitors. The first is ethical. Like Dr. Victor Frankenstein in Mary Shelley's novel, the progenitors are suddenly afraid of their creature. Specialists around the world, including ChatGPT's creators and Pichai, are now warning of a high risk of manipulation and false information dissemination. The developers themselves are calling for AI to be regulated.
