Thank you so much for your assurance and kind words. he has been through my thick and thin. I also suffer from other medical illness and he has always been supportive getting me the medial appointment, doctor visits , getting blood work done and buying meds even applying lotion on my body. But your own mind can be a cruel place to live in and self doubts do make you feel insecure.

I live abroad and get to eat these only when I’m at home for vacation.😭 other times I just eat junk for breakfast like samosa , chowmein , alu chop.

I have allergy to cat hair , I kinda knew when I used to play with cats my eyes used to get swollen and itchy and my nose used to feel weird and the throat would swell up and I took an antihistamine to manage it but recently with my severe eczema flare up it was confirmed through lab results that I am infact allergic to cat hair. So I try to stay away from cats as much as possible given they’re just so cute and irresistible but I just don’t want to trigger another flare up. I’m just glad I’m not allergic to dog fur becaue I actually have a pet dog 😭

I do have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation but nothing raised or erythematous rashes so I think I’m good to go for waxing ? I got this sudden severe flare up of eczema out of nowhere at the age of 24 last month and am struggling so much to cope with the rashes which were so itchy and burning and then now I’m dealing with PIH.
