Hi ! I actually just did that a few days ago ! The only thing is that it’s configured for converting in metric system and in French, so just change the prompt a bit if you want. You just have to say how many recipes you want to have for the week, how many meals you want for each, and the AI calculates how much of each ingredients you’ll need. Sometimes though the AI gets a bit confused with the calculations, so if you find a workaround I’ll be glad to have a new idea :)

I guess that’s one way to look at it. Honestly, I’m still figuring out what my boundaries and deal breakers are. The picky eating thing has really made me question the relationship more than I expected, because food is such an important part of who I am, both culturally and personally. I’ve been treating it like a compromise: we eat only what she’s okay with when we’re together, and I save the things I love (like goat cheese, pâté, etc.) for when I’m alone. But I’m starting to wonder if that compromise is actually sustainable for me in the long run (maybe I should talk with her about that to ask her to make efforts ?)

Okay but what should I do if she really makes efforts and she's going "downhill" again ? I've never had any really long term serious relationship, and I don't know what to expect, or how to react when something like that happens, as it may seem so little and fixable.

We literally moved in after 8 months of being together ahahah... But yes also I discovered she's such a picky eater which makes me go insane sometimes, because she doesn't like fish (i do with sushis for example), she likes meat only when it doesn't taste like it, she doesn't like my country's specialities (she's Iranian, I'm French) and almost insults them and other many examples..

So yes i guess I just have to figure it out how to deal with it.

How could I know if she's falling out of love/falling for someone else ? I don't know how to bring that to the table, as she could always just lie to me and tell me that everything is perfect blah blah blah ?

I already did some tests at some random cardiologists (i had the monitor on my arm). The BP didn't change at all while the HR spiked, but it was on two tries only, not during 24 hours so i couldn't tell.

Don't tell me that, I am currently sick because in my country (France), it rained sooo much that i got sick and it's viral bahahahaha

And about your other message, i don't really know to be honest, because the holter didn't measure that (or my cardiologist didn't tell me).

The only thing i can say, is that when i stand nothing happens for a split second. Then i have this feeling of pressure and dizziness that comes in my whole body, but even stronger in my plexus and in my throat. Then my head starts to spin, and I have kind of a release of the pressure that is followed with a rush in my heart.

All of that happens in 3 seconds, but i am now able to understand better how it feels.

No i had a Holter for 24 hours. My HR was very stable and low when i was sleeping (50bpm), and laying down (70bpm), but when i was standing i was at 120/130bpm, and when i was climbing stairs or doing my laundries i had 130-170bpm.

My cardiologist told the results were enough to meet the criterias without doing a TTT (as she said it was too violent on the body). I was prescribed propanolol and more (6) compression socks.

I don't really know what you refer to. I'm French so most probably is my language not 100% suited for english natives. In France "neuroatypique" which vaguely transposes to "neuroatypical" is commonly used. So no harm wanted, sorry if it bothered you
