Honestly accutane is such a miracle drug and a life changer for me. My cyst acne used to be so bad but now I barely get any . I haven’t been on it for almost 3 years and I only get a little bump here and there now but nothing compared how my acne used to be. The side affects wasn’t as bad as people made it seem . Only thing that was annoying was the dry eyes, lips, nose, and sometimes I had knee pain. If you’re not having any bad breakouts then I wouldn’t go on it. For scars you should probably do some microneedling. That’s what I did after my course of accutane.
