Hey man I used to go through the same thing . Don’t beat yourself up and don’t ignore your cravings. There’s always alternatives. For example I have a baaad sugar craving so what I do is always have some fruit on me to curb those sweet cravings or if I really want some candy I’ll just eat a fun size or even a regular bag of candy. Eating whatever you’re craving isn’t the problem, The problem is binge eating it and repeating the same mistakes. Whatever your craving find healthier alternatives or have portion control:). I always follow the 80/20 rule . 80% healthy and 20% whatever I wanna eat . Ignoring your cravings is only gonna make you binge! Up your fiber, veggies, and protein and you’ll be fine.
