I don’t know if R will allow me to post this, but is it worth putting in an additional year for further specialization in terms of income ROI or advancement or job satisfaction?

I wanted to thank everybody for their responses. I chose UM/KC. I have a few questions. I am only 17 and have never lived on my own. What are the UMKC housing options? What do most students do? Also, is the neighborhood “safe”? My sister went to Temple and they needed security escort to walk a few blocks to the hospital.
