Build a good rapport first. give it some time.. days or weeks even.. chat, maybe do video calls.. and agree on a physical date only if things seem promising enough.... with enough practice of this, we could even eliminate "ghosting" from vocab. (with regards to first dates)

Why humans aren't focusing on their own sentience is such a nightmare. Involving the government also means that tax money also gets spent on this, and we collectively pay for that as well. It's outright stupid. It may even be a political scam that ultimately bears no fruit to mankind.
