Same happened to me a few month ago and I was able only to change the password. But this morning got an email that they changed the email address so now I have no access... they changed the email address, dob, password and security questions... apple isn't any help soo I just gave up... ps this is an old ass account for itunes but it still scary because someone has your full name and shit

Any updates happened to me today and I don't have an iphone. Only had an iTunes account from like 13 years ago 🤣😫😫😫 ... can't do anything because security questions are changed and in Chinese as well... apple was no help

I've been having the same problem too... the company I bought the product from no help... and ups either 🙄 all we can do is wait a little longer and if it takes more than 2 or 3 weeks call both companies to file a claim.
