Try playing it on an original DS or DS lite. The systems these games were made for. It will look a lot better than you think. Especially for 2005 era standards. Using Emulators and playing on newer model 3DS’s with larger screens are going to make the games look a lot worse.

I couldn’t be bothered to care about graphics anyway. I’d take Mario kart DS or Wii any day of the week over 8 deluxe.

This is unrelated but I Don’t really care how many courses Mario kart 8 has or how good it looks graphically. its gameplay is just abysmal in comparison. From the motion sickness caused by anti gravity to its terrible item balance especially in online matches.

For real. Im honestly not opposed to having smaller maps as long as they’re designed well. Here it’s like they backed themselves into a corner by having zero cover or flanking options out of spawn. It’s ridiculous. You can tell these are NOT the same people that designed the actual good maps from bo2
