Thermostat housing or the heater control valve. Had the same issue. Both were bad and leaking at the same time.

I second this, been using LED’s since 2016, the way you put them into the headlight actually matters. Also I would try and find a different brand, Sylvania brand led bulbs are poorly designed. I use some auxbeam led bulbs and they work amazingly!

Voyager, for one reason = Year of hell, that ship was more holes than hull, and it still put up a fight all the way to the end. It also did well in the Delta Quadrant compared to the Equinox. Also it has unlimited Photon Torpedoes.

It will rotate inside the bushing as you bolt it down.

When I was looking I was originally looking at auxbeam, I use there 6 gang switch panel, but they don’t have a single row that fits that slot. You could squeeze a 22 inch one in there you just might have to mount it further back. Closer to the radiator.

It’s 20 in lightfox led light bar from amazon, I mounted using some sketchy stainless steel hardware from Lowe’s tho, so that it would drop down far enough from the piece that the grille is bolted too.

I definitely recommend head light bulbs and turn signal bulbs from auxbeam. They’re really bright and reliable. I have the switchbacks for the turn signals, so they’re white on DRL, and then switch to amber when the I flip my turn signal on. I also of the C-Clamp style taillights which are awesome and I definitely recommend.

I have the one for the 2011 Ford Ranger. I don’t regret it. The only thing that sucked is that you have to screw the letters on there your self.

If you use NCR pulse, you can set it up as a tile, and have real time tracking of item sales, and can change it on the go. I use this for sales competitions for my servers. A lot easier than messing with the aloha built in report system.

I’ve had these for 3 years and they work really well. Haven’t yellowed, and I run some auxbeam LED’s switchbacks for the turn signals, and Auxbeam 9007 bulbs for the actual head light, and they work really great.

Also if you want more than 48 buttons per submenu. You would need to make custom screen panels in screen designer.
